Testing in 13.1.0 build 11, XO-1.75
Text selection handles still or insertion cursor do not draw correctly when the screen is rotated to any angle (90, 180, 270) other than the default orientation. If you make a selection first, and then rotate, the handles are drawn (but in the wrong place for portrait orientation), but vanish as soon as there is any user interaction with the selection.

From what I've investigated, this looks like a corruption issue in the Xshape extension, as the handle windows are there and behave ok, but look misrendered. Testing on the desktop shows no visual corruption though. I'll do a testcase trying to exhibit this behavior

Can only be tested on the 1.75 at the moment as the XO-4 has no screen rotation supported at the moment.
