Description
Write-82 touch text selection handles are broken. When you make a selection via touch in ebook mode the handles appear over each other somewhere in the selection area, if you switch away to another activity and back to Write again, they do initially draw in the correct places for the existing selection, but the bottom handle is using the incorrect handle shape. See attached screen shots.

Testing in Build 12, Write-83
Handles are now correctly drawing at either side of a touch selection, though they do leave a trail of un-erased handles if you drag either one of them. Closing this ticket as fixed as http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/4220 covers the new handle drawing issue.
