    33When the cursor is hidden because we are in 'touch mode' it can still influence the UI, when over a toolbar icon have the hover background or similar.

    5 I can also see the strange behaviour in Journal, cursor is hidden in some areas.  Very difficult to define in which cases, is not consistent.
