Steps to reproduce:
- disconnect from Internet
- open Browse
- try to reach a page
---> "This page could not be loaded page is displayed"
The page typed into the url entry should be still there and not be blanked for two reasons: another feedback hint which page could not be loaded, if you connect to the Internet after that you can just reload the page.

Fixed in Browse-144/OLPC 13.1.0 os7.
