Description

13.1.0 build 6, touch selection handles using old incorrect svg themes for cursor-handle-bottom.svg, cursor-handle-insert.svg, cursor-handle-top.svg, and are rendering transparent areas as solid black. Insert cursor is incorrectly using the cursor-handle-bottom.svg image.

Patch attached for the correct 55x55 svgs and tweak to the theme size settings
