Description
After interact with any widget in the brush palette, the platte is closed, doing really difficult to use. The palette is not closed if the mouse is used.

Ok, we just agreed to make this Palette similar as the subtoolbar: you can hover over it and it goes away automatically and you can lock it and it stays (touch case). This is indicated by the arrow as with the subtoolbars.

We have the same issue in Paint as well in the 'Shapes properties".
