Description

When an activity fails to start the 'Stop' button is missing an icon. In the gtk3 shell it used to look like this: ​http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/images/f/f8/Activity_fails_to_start.png

Hey Gary,

this, and #3904 and #3725 are gone with artwork commit c3bd107e wich is in the latest artwork release, 0.97.5 . Thanks!
