Frame zoom icons can overflow triggering drop down menu

Description
The Frame zoom icons can overflow triggering drop down menu. It can be triggered by mousing back and forth over the Neighbourhood, Group, and home icons. The icons occasionally seemed to get some extra padding which then pushed the Activity zoom icon 'off the edge' and into a drop down menu. See screen shot for exampel
