Undo tool does not know how to handle rotation

Description

  1. Start Paint and draw something that takes up most of the screen.
  2. From the Picture menu choose the "Rotate Left" command.
  3. From the Edit menu choose "Undo" (do NOT just use "Rotate Right")
  4. The picture will rotate back but the viewport/editable area will still be rotated.

Seen in OLPC 13.1.0 os1/Paint-43.
