Ruler does not save substate information to Journal

Description
The Ruler activity saves to the Journal which general type of Ruler (angular, grid, line/traditional, etc.) was last used.
However many of these types have more than one sub-option reached by clicking the general buttons more than once (corner/vs. center circle angular, coarse & fine grids).
While this is a bit undiscoverable, we should save which sub-option was used to the Journal as well.
