Description

The "time" control panel in sugar only allows setting timezone. It should have the standard "Automatically set date" checkbox, which uses ntp to set the date if checked (see ​https://dev.laptop.org/ticket/12085 ), and if unchecked should expose the standard time/date selection widgets to allow the user to set the time and date appropriately (for disconnected environments).
