rainbow-gc doesn't clean up groups

Description
rainbow-gc only removes unused users, but not groups. The accumulated cruft of several months of Rainbow usage now causes sudo (which apparently iterates over all groups of the originating and target users) and id to take > 10s on my desktop (Athlon X2 Dual Core BE-2300).
