Implode help window changes in size from screen to screen

Description
Implode-13 (on OLPC 12.1.0 os19) changes the vertical size of its Help Window from screen to screen when the forward/next buttons in said Help Window are used.
This is a different size changing behavior than what the GTK-2 version does, where just the playback demonstration area changes size. However the GTK-3 version also features a slightly different overall design.
