Description

Proposal: Add attached action-help Help svg icon to sugar-artwork so activities have a standard help icon for their toolbar moving forward. The attached icon is a slightly tided up version that was originally agreed on some time back on the dev mail-list (a visual equivalent as per the one Walter uses in Turtle Art).
