This is not GetBooks specific; there are many cases where buttons lacks icons they previously had in OLPC 13.1.0 os3.

This is specific to the XO, the icons are visible in my development system using sugar-build.

Yes, like the Journal and Activity List "clean search" buttons, when there are no matching elements, and the intro screen buttons.
