Measure Trigger function disappears if untranslated

Description

In Measure-37 in 12.1.0 os12, the Measure program's rising/falling trigger selection dropdown disappears from view if it is untranslated.

This happens for instance you set Sugar's language to "Spanish (Argentina)".

I have not been able to reproduce this. Could you please test to see if the problem remains in v41?

The trigger is now (v47) a radio button control.
