Description
When installing an activity from the Journal or USB stick, we should show progress information for larger (if not all) installations to let a user know that something is happening.
On slower systems like XO-1's it may take several seconds to install an activity when nothing appears to be happening. Very large activities like Wikipedia may appear to stall installing on all systems.
Seen in OLPC 12.1.0 os11/Sugar 0.96.

We had a GCI student look into this... somewhat of a morass. Rather than a progress bar, I recommend a busy cursor.
