Description
Alt is used in most browsers for back/forward navigation modifier and the left/right cursor keys. That's nice because Ctrl modifier and left/right keys is commonly used when editing text to move the cursor to previous/next word. I find frustrating the current behaviour, and catched me while editing a web form (like this I'm typing now in trac) or modifying the URL entry.
The patch attached changes the modifier to Ctrl.
