Implode does not display help animations

Description

Implode-11 does not display any help animations when the Help button is pressed on OLPC OS 12.1.0 build 7.

The text/frame surrounding where the help animations should appear does show.

I can confirm this. I tested this in jhbuild on Fedora 16 with the latest git version.

So seems that Implode has a sugar-less mode, that is, can run outside Sugar, so yes is good to add the icons that I removed in 22b243e419bcdb7b208abcab8faf4ef474a4303e .

However, when inside Sugar, it should use the sugar theme icons, so I'm adding a patch for that too.

The attached fix does not get help working in Implode-11 in OLPC 12.1.0 os10.
