"screen too small on right hand side... text for 'all equations, show history' cuts off, making it unreadable."
In other news, calculate needs its own component.

Is there a master bug for non-XO screen resolution issues?
We saw this same problem on Maze and Physics in the GPA class: "Several kids really wanted to play Maze but the scale was wrong and they couldn't. Same problem for Physics. In both cases, a part of the app was off screen. We definitely need a "screen resolution" option."

Apears to be fixed in latest version of Calculate.
Oops, didn't mean to change the owner when changing the component.
