This issue is in "RadioMenuButton" where we never get into the "do_clicked". Filed upstream bug ​https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=672864

I am moving that out to 0.98 to test that when pygobject with the patch is in distributions.

Judging by the dates this is included in the pygobject3 in 13.1.0 build 1, (and maybe even in 12.1.0?) so this work can be continued.
