Default playlist in Jukebox

Description
Instead of opening the object chooser when the activity starts from scratch, fill the playlist with all the medias found in the mounted devices (Journal, Documents, ...).
If developing this shows that it consumes too much resources, do the same but just with the Journal or with only the the starred medias in the Journal.

By default, sugar open your last session, then jukebox will open your last list of songs played (or the last song if only played one).
I think opening all the media in the journal can consume too much resources, and will not be so useful.
