Scrollbar too far from edge of screen

Description
I'm using resolution 1024x768.
Because of a small space between the scrollbar and the right-edge of the screen, you can't just move the cursor to the right until it hits the edge, and then click to move the scroll bar. You have to look at and hit exactly on the scrollbar.

Yes, this will be gone when the activity switches to GTK+3, it is fixed in sugar-artwork component, in the CSS for GtkNotebook (in Browse it's fixed).
Terminal is already ported to Gtk3. So, is this issue fixed? Can we close this ticket?
