Description
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/addon/4472#reviews
theGeeko61 contacted me and reported the following:
"I went in to write a review...
After submitting the review, the system came back and said that I had failed to choose a rating... and that I must do so before re-submitting...
But the form did not have anything that looked like an input... it had a row of stars (but not apparently selectable)...
I highlighted 5 stars* and clicked re-submit...
It accepted but when I saw the review, it had me giving a 3-star recommendation... when I certainly had intended a 5-star recommendation."

Replying to alsroot:
This is not a fix, the commit just prevents creating reviews with default (one star) rating.
In the meantime would it be possible to fix the wrong ratings?
Obviously SimCom should be changed to 5.
I'm not sure what the Weigh reviewer intended.
I suspect this has happened on some of my other reviews.
I must say it was very demoralising to receive these low ratings.

Changed. The average rating will be recounted later, it is daily based process.

I've emailed to all reviewers who set rating 3, in case if 3 was not intended.
