Description
Currently there's no way for users to know when an activity is "full" - has reached its max. number of participants (e.g. 2 for Acoustic Tape Measure).
Therefore activites should specify how many users can reasonably participate and there needs to be an elegant behaviour in case that number has been reached (e.g. switch into a viewer mode), also in terms of presenting the information in the neighborhood view.

Activities can already set the number of max participants, but I don't think we have a way to deal with the situation yet.
