Description
Labels for remote Turtle clients appear not to quite point to the turtle. Each name has a nice little speech bubble tail, but the labels seems randomly placed left/right/above/below the target turtle. See attached screen shot. Tested in TA v116.

For the time being, I have removed the misleading tail.

Tail removal in v117. Please reopen if you come up with ideas of how to improve this.

The random placement is to prevent the bubbles from all stacking up on top of one another. But the speech bubble doesn't change shape in response to its orientation. I could either try to generate a tail that changes in position based on the orientation or leave the tail out all together (the latter being easier to code) Other suggestions?
