Dragging a Journal entry drags the whole white entry bar, not just the icon

Description

When dragging a Journal entry (e.g. copying a file to a USB device), it drags the whole white entry bar, not just the activity icon (see attached screen shot). This usually results in your drop target being obscured. Should just be the icon that is dragged.
