Regression in startup animation when you resume from Journal

When you resume from the Journal (click on an icon of an entry) the startup animation sometimes shows the Journal in between or does not directly display the launcher screen. Tested in os7 on xo1 and xo1.75.

Yes, seeing the same thing here (XO1.75 build os7). It would occasionally happen in previous releases so did not leap out at me as a regression, but does seem to happen more than I remember. Could it be related to the changes in pulsing animation?

Most likely it's just a race condition that only happens to get triggered on XOs now (as opposed to before as well) because the launcher start-up timing changed. I've seen lots of issues like this one on my desktop machine for a long time (but not reported because there were other, more serious bugs).

Downgrading to Major because there's no data loss involved.
