The solution to this is to modify addlangs.py (which fixes this issue for Honey PO files).

We need a Python coder to make this script work for Fructose project as well as Honey.

Withiout this fix, these languages PO files cannot be committed. This is a particular problem for the Huastec Team who has completed PO files tha cannot be committed. This is very important and required immediate action to resovle this issue during the current string freeze.

A similar solution is needed for ​http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/2737 but eToys commit is somewhat less urgent.

We should not bother to add commit links for Glucose82 or Fructose82
