Network frame device palette "Disconnect..." has ellipsis

Description

When connected to a network, the palette of the network frame device has the item "Disconnect..."

Why does it have ellipsis (...)?

The same palette on the neighborhood view just has "Disconnect" which seems more correct to me.

Fixing the frame device palette would also fix the Spanish translation. "Disconnect..." has been translated as "Disconnecting..." (Desconectando...). However the neighborhood view palette correctly has the translation as "Desconectar", and this translation would be shared between the two if the original string were the same.
