The GSM palette shows 1 hour + connection time.

tonyforster reported on #3231 that the offset is dependent on the time zone. I happened to be at UTC+1 at the time of the screenshot, which is why it was 1 hour off for me.

See also #1727. The current mechanism (keeping an internal counter based on a 1-second timer running all the time) should be replaced by something that records the starting time (acquiring it from NM since the connection might have been connected before Sugar was up) and shows the difference between current time and start time. A timer should only be used while the palette is up.
