I would like to request a new translation project for huastec language. The ISO code is: ISO-639-3: hus
Information about this language on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wastek_language
Country: México, State: San Luis Potosí.
The interested institutions are:
- The State Government through the Secretary of Education in collaboration with
- Universidad Politécnica de San Luis Potosí (UPSLP) and,
- Instituto de Lenguas Indígenas.
The Minister of basic education in San Luis Potosí México is working to improve the quality of education in remote areas with indigenous populations. One of the projects is related to OLPC. Then the huastec children will work with the laptops and we want to preserve your language.

Can you please define the number of plural forms (nplurals) and how they are applied (plural equation).
