Description

Uruguay are rolling out a cheaper laptop called Olidata to the teachers (30,000). With a 800x480 pixel screen it has a much lower resolution and a different aspect ratio than XO laptops. See attached screen shot for where the Cartoon Builder UI is vertically overlapping the filmstrip on these smaller screens.

Patch from ebordon now landed on v12, should be tested on an olidata

Tested on Olidata-JumPC with F11-Dextrose and works well.
