I've added the POT file to the Honey Template, but until Templates is fixed (#2724), it can't be updated into other languages.

Ruler was not added to pootle's backend, now it's added.. investigating other issues with honey templates.

This is not closed until Ruler has commit links in Pootle.

Now that all_langs script has been run, the commit links are there and this can be closed.
