Description
The Tuvan language has been added to Pootle at request of Sameer Verma.
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/tyv/
It will need to be added to the .ini scripts (or something) to make it work on the back end.

To add a lang doesn't need (aiui) a backend work, the .ini scripts must be updated when new projects are added for example activities and/or sugar branches. The work must be done in frontend updating templates project. Then the work must be done in bacend to allow a git commit.
