TamTam Jam only partially takes into account an Internationalized keyboard

Description
TamTam Jam only partially takes into account an Internationalized keyboard.
With the OLPC Spanish layout, I can set a shortcut for a phrase to be played to ";", and that will map to the "ñ" key which is in the same place. But the location of the + & - keys on the Spanish layout also puts in them in the assignable range, resulting in them both toggling on & off their assigned track as well as adjusting the overall volume.
Seen in OLPC released OS 10.1.3/TamTamJam 54.
