Measure should not gray out pause button to indicate paused status

Description
The Measure activity should not gray out its pause button to indicate paused status. This may lead users to believe that the button has been disabled, and no longer works.
Instead, we probably should show an active play button icon in its place.
Seen in OLPC 11.2.0 os14.
