Description
The mouth shown in Speak may not be sensitive enough in simple and waveform modes to clearly show the mouth talking.
A basic thing to say where nothing is shown is "hi" in English. "hello" may or may not show the mouth briefly open. Longer phrases seem to depend on how many hard consonants they have as to how much movement they show.
Tested on an XO-1.5 with Speak-22, 11.2.0 os13.

I've tested this change and it increases sensibility, by dividing for a minor constant value, width and height of the mouth draw are lager.
