Upload StopWatch POT template file in Pootle

I can't seem to upload the StopWatch.pot file into the Honey project Templates. Doing this will allow each language to update from templates and pick up the PO file for stopwatch. I did this successfully with all of the other recent Honey additions, I'm not sure what the issue is with StopWatch.

all the stopwatch templates are updated now.

Re-opening, I still don't see the POT loaded into the Honey Templates project here:

You are right, the files are in the backend but can't be updated. investigating

for documentation. this has two components.
-first git repo should be writable by pootle, if failed on initial commit, one should erase and try again with the git url that has write access.
-second, after this initial commit, lang admins should update from templates and then commit their translations. I've tested with StopWatch in .fr and is working as expected.

Fixed, re-open if commit is failling for some lang.
