On dextrose-2, we have pulse installed but don't have gst plugin for that, ie, gst-inspect pulsemixer is empty.
That needs to be installed, otherwise all gst activities can't sound with pulse ones (like TamTam) on XO-1 that doesn't have hw mixer.

In fact, pulse plugin is a part of gst-plugins-good, but gst-good on dextrose-2 doesn't have it.
