Description

We should set up something so that Trac tickets are automatically closed when the corresponding patch has been pushed. Either by using Trac<->VCS integration (there might be a module for that) or setting up a git hook (using XML-RPC?).

We can probably do this with github.

Enabled for sugar and sugar-build only for now.
