transfer entire data store entry, including arbitrary metadata

Description

The file transfer feature looses all metadata but a few special properties (title, description and MIME type). Among the most important properties that get lost are tags and activity_id. Without the latter many activities won't "recognise" their entries.

We should make sure we transfer all metadata when transferring entries between two Sugar systems.

#2983 has some additional information. The API to use is ​Channel.Interface.FileTransfer.Metadata.

As Emil Dudev noticed, this can be solved with Channel.Interface.FileTransfer.Metadata in a newer Telepathy.
