ASLO don't completely delete reviews when deleting a vandal's account

I deleted the account, which also deleted reviews by the vandal. However, the rating and dead link to the review remain on the activity page. See ​http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/addon/4222 as an example of an activity that had been reviewed by a vandal whose account was then deleted. Note that the link to the review and the rating are still on the page.
