Description

Fails to start. Gives pulsing icon only. Got logs from two XO-1.0s both os852 0.84.16

My bad... It is a problem with the logic in supporting the pre-Sugar 0.86 toolbars. This patch fixes the problem. A new version, v22, will be released shortly.
