Description
On certain platforms we have the issue that dbus-launcher is called before certain environment variables are set ($SUGAR_PROFILE). This was not an issue on 0.84 as we did not use the ($SUGAR_PROFILE) variable.
So this enhancement is about the shell asking the debug logs from telepathy through dbus with http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/Debug.html
