OLPC - Image border is still visible after the clear image menu operation is performed on the Paint Activity

Description
When the clear image menu operation is performed on the Paint Activity the image border is not get cleared.
Steps to recreate the defect:
- Power on OLPC.
- Click on the paint icon on home page.
- Click on the image tab.
- Click on insert button.
- Choose an image and insert.
- Click on edit tab.
- Click the clear button.
Actual Result:
It doesn’t clear the image border. A dotted line border remains.
Expected Result:
The image and the image border should get cleared.

That border is the selection border, not the image border.
I think it don't must be cleared, if you want clear the selection, can do it using the selection tool and selecting nothing. (one click outside of the selection). We can add a button to clear the selection and to select all, but is another problem.
The problem with cleaning the selection after clear is we can't differentiate the selection what correspond to a image added to a selection created by the user.
If you created a selection and clear the content don't want the selection cleared.
