Description

If you click over a bundle containing an older version of an already installed activity, you get no visible feedback.

In the log, you get an AlreadyInstalledException. The correct behavior would be asking the user choose whether to downgrade or not.

Tested this with Sugar in a Window Fedora-15 and sugar 0.92.4-2

Turtle Blocks 114 was installed. I downloaded v. 113.
Clicking on the .xo Journal entry launched the Activity without a dialog and then
failed (crashed back to Journal) Log will be attached.

Downgrades should be working again in Sugar 99+. Please reopen if issue is not resolved.
