Stop, keep icons are missing from toolbar

This issue is resolved in Pippy-38, which features a new 'Actions' toolbar containing these buttons for sugar <=0.84.

This probably happens only in some resolutions.
The activity may be hard-coding the horizontal position of buttons in the toolbar, or adding fixed-size spacers.
Looking at how other activities cope with this problem may help fix this bug.
