Description
The default toolbar is not set in the 0.86+ toolbar. It is set to the Book or the Read toolbar in the pre-0.86 toolbar. The explanatory text assumes the book toolbar is open when no book is loaded. The set_expanded(True) method can be used to open an appropriate default iin the 0.86+ toolbars.
