SoaS component should be renamed Sugar on a Stick

Description
I suspect that not everyone knows to look for component SoaS when filing Sugar-on-a-Stick tickets. (#1951 being a recent example).
Also, is it possible to have the Component list ignore case in its sorting? If someone doesn't see sugar-on-a-stick near the sugar entry, they may not know to look for Sugar-on-a-Stick (or SoaS) elsewhere? (To be filed under a separate ticket.)

I've renamed the SoaS component to "Sugar on a Stick (SoaS)".
